For several years we have been operating in the Sauze d’Oulx area & Sestriere where is sited an heliport for all types of aerial services, including people transport, air operations and rescue. Thanks to our leadership and expertise, we are the only air operator in the “Via Lattea” authorised for passenger transportation and working in compliance with the Italian (ENAC) and European Civil Aviation Authorities rules and regulations.
Landing site for helicopters arriving from all over Europe, the heliport of Sauze d’Oulx has become over the years a well-known arrival and departure base among all major air operators. The temporary helipad in Sestriere allows us organize at best the heli ski schedule and logistics for our clients who are choosing to stay in the ski resort. For this reason, in 2010, we opened a local office in Sestriere, in the main square of the village, Piazza Agnelli, where our team will be happy to welcome you and help you plan everything you need in order to make your vacation unforgettable!
During the winter season we are open 7 days a week and at your complete disposal.
We can offer different types of hotel accommodation according to your requests and everything is possible, from a spa or a restaurant booking to an all inclusive skiing stay to make your holiday even more enjoyable.
We have mapped more than 80 slopes and trails within the 5 sectors of our heli skiing playground in the Upper Susa Valley.
Every day our guides choose the itineraries depending on the ski level of the participants and the snow conditions of the moment.
Guests can go skiing for a whole week without ever going down through the same descents!
The height-difference of the tracks depends on the skills of the participants and it generally ranges between 1,600 and 800 vertical meters.
On a typical day you can easily get to ski for 5,000 vertical meters.
At the end of your last run you can choose between the options of returning to the base by helicopter, or have a rest and lunch in a typical restaurant.
Alternatively, it is planned to return by a minibus service arranged exclusively for our clients.
We can also take care of organizing all the other logistic aspects of your week or weekend of heli skiing.
We are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Starting from 2015/2016 Pure Ski Company has opened a subsidiary in France, Val d’Isère, in collaboration with Patrick Zimmer, internationally recognized as a leading off-piste and heliskiing specialist.
This new base will make it possible to offer even more heliskiing opportunities around the best peaks of the Italian Alps, including the Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa!
Val d’Isère is perhaps the most well-known ski destination in the world.
Val d’Isère 1,850 m is amongst the highest resorts in Europe and combined with Tignes is one of the greatest ski areas in the world. The village itself dates back to 1664 giving the resort far more character than most other high altitude resorts.
From early December to mid-May, Val d’Isère often benefits from the best snow conditions in Europe. The ski area has a huge variety of terrain on and off-piste and offers technically challenging runs as well as gentle slopes to suit less experienced skiers.
Val d’Isère is also an ideal base for heliskiing and only a short helicopter flight gives access to the most amazing heliskiing in Europe, on bordering Italian Alps.
